The transcript was made by court reporter Clair Johnson, who trained in Gregg shorthand and apparently contracted to do work for a number of district courts throughout the state. The transcript includes coverage of the civil cases of M. L. Spencer vs. Orvall E. Sackett and Town of Elwood vs. J. M. Boothe, et al.
