This series contains abstracts of judgment created by the sixth district court from 1901-1904. The abstracts contain the names of the plaintiffs and defendants, and an itemized account of the monetary award required to be paid by the party determined in the judgment. They are signed by the justice of the peace who presided over the case. Also included is attached correspondence and related memorandums. Some abstracts were created by the justice of the peace, but all were filed in the District Court.
