Scope and Content

This series contains deeds, easements, mortgages and related materials from Provo City. These include quit claim deeds and warranty deeds. The documents mainly record the allowance of use or sale of land to Provo City, and include the names of the persons or organizations who are selling or granting use of the land, a description of the land in question, and a notarization. Also included is supporting documentation, such as copies of insurance policies for relevant property.

Notes

Numbers 1293-3302 are missing. However, there is no chronological gap in the documents that would suggest that over 2,000 of them are missing, so it may be a clerical error or a change in the indexing process which we don't know about.
