A special committee was convened under the chairmanship of J. Lorin Jex, Director of Professional Services, in response to a local television broadcast that made several allegations about the State Training School. This is the final report submitted December 22, 1975. It consists of a memo from the chair, a statement by the committee, supplemental materials, and then detailed findings in response to each of twenty-five allegations.
