Schedule Description
Minutes of open and closed committee and board meetings as required by UCA 52-4-203 (2014), et seq. "Written minutes shall be kept of all open meetings" UCA 52-4-203 (2013). May include agenda, meeting minutes, transcripts, and other supporting documentation.
Scope and Content
This series contains the minutes and meeting files of the Arts Council Board. The records document the Boards deliberations concerning proposed projects, legislative action, and recommended funding for various artists and organizations. The meeting minutes include the names of Board members, staff, and other individuals in attendance, an overview of the issues discussed, and final resolutions.
Notes
The minutes for 1946-1966, parts of 1967-1968, and 1968-1986 are missing. Portions of the minutes and meeting files for 1977 through 1986 may be found in Series 81248.
