A register of actions considered by committees formed from council mumbers. The actions are assigned to a specific committee and a recommendation made by the members. The register records date when the action was reported back to the council and what action was taken

This series contains a book originally intended to track business items referred to council subcommittees. The pre-printed pages provide room to record the committee name, the date, subject of the referred item, date considered by the committee, dated reported to the council, and the council action on the item. The register was used somewhat sporadically by the Committee on Claims from 1880 to 1889. Beginning in 1894 the book was used to create a summary list of actions taken by the city council in each meeting. The list includes the meeting date, the action taken, and the page in the minute book where that action was recorded. The book was used for that purpose until the end of 1895.
