Public treasurers' deposit and investment reports (GRS-16581)
Description
These are reports filed bi-annually by public treasurers with the State Money Management Council regarding deposits and investments of the governmental entity, per Utah Code 51-7-15(3)(2019). Records contain information about the deposits and investments of the governmental entity, as well as the nature and extent of its interest rate contracts.
Retention and Disposition
Retain for 5 years, and then destroy records.
