Summary of Records

This series contains standard pre-printed booklets used to track the identity, attendance, and academic performance of students at the school. Each teacher at the school typically used one register each year to track his or her class of students. Each register provides space to record such information as the name of the school, school year, teachers name and grade level or levels in the class. They also include such student information as student names, attendance, date of birth, home address, parent's name, academic evaluations, and whether or not the student was promoted to the next grade.

Generally chronological by school year, thereunder by teacher and grade.
