Scope and Content
This series contains applications to amend the general plan in order to rezone or otherwise adjust property within the municipality. Each application contains details of the project proposed that would require general plan amendments, including project location, acreage, property owner, applicant name and information, fee amounts, signatures of applicants and property owners, a write-up of concerns relating to the proposal, notices of public hearings to discuss the proposal, notes from the staff review of the project, copies of minutes that specifically deal with the proposal, maps, and other related materials. The file folders these records were originally housed in contained handwritten notes indicating when the proposal was withdrawn or denied; this information has been transferred to archival folders during processing.
