Summary of Records
Scope and Content
This series contains pre-printed booklets used to record information about students. They include space for teachers to record such information as each student name, birthdate, age, phone number, guardian name, and address. The forms also include space to record attendance for each student and academic evaluations in various school subjects. The records held by the State Archives are incomplete and represent what happened to survive at the school district over the years.
