Summary of Records
Scope and Content
This series contains the draft and record meeting minutes of the North Ogden Social and Public Park Association (NOSPPA). The NOSPPA served as a kind of city council prior to the official incorporation of North Ogden in 1934. The series also contains a bank statement of account and checks for payments made by the NOSPPA, as well as a draft of a public notice for the February 19, 1934 meeting to consider transferring the deed of the park to the Town of North Ogden.

Custody History
These records were kept by the Society and Public Park Association until the park's deed was transferred to the town of North Ogden. It appears that the NOSPAA was dissolved after the deed transfer, and the associations records were kept by the city of North Ogden until transferred to the State Archives on 8/16/2022
