Research Note

This series contains records prior to the creation of Duchesne County in 1915. Records were copies from the Wasatch County Recorder for mining claims now located in Duchesne County.

Processing Information

Mining records were first scheduled as permanent records in 1971. The mining records were filmed by the Duchesne County Recorder in 1996 and 1997. The entire series was archivally processed by David Clark in November 1999.
