Scope and Content
The Governor has the constitutional authority to appoint a judge who has been nominated by a judicial nominating commission, and whose appointment will be confirmed by a majority of the Utah State Senate. This series contains nominations, letters of recommendation, appointments, and other materials relating to judicial appointments made by Governor Rampton.
