Summary of Records
Scope and Content
This series houses fact sheets and fact books published about Salt Lake Community College, documenting statistical data and other official information about the College. Where possible, historical data is presented to provide additional perspective. The data is organized into areas that include student enrollment, student demographic information, faculty and staff information, degrees, financial information, facilities, and input from students and employers.
The format in print has featured tabs since about the 1980s and continuing to the late 2010s. On the college's website, the fact book has continued in electronic form to the present with archived versions starting in about 2011. The electronic format also has tabs and navigation for a similar organization. Concurrently from about 1990 to 2015 small booklet versions were published with data highlights entitled "Facts at your Fingertips." All formats consist primarily of various graphs and data tables accompanied by necessary explanation.
