Summary of Records
Scope and Content
This series contains official documents filed in civil cases heard by the court. Civil cases are matters in which the court is asked to rule in a dispute between parties and wherein rights are enforced or protected, or wrongs are prevented or redressed. All documents pertaining to actions taken in a particular case are filed together by the court clerk. Collectively those documents constitute the case file. Case files typically include such documents as an initial complaint, summons, demurrers, and a final order.

Numerical by case number and generally chronological by initial filing date.
