Spring City (Utah)

These records document the organization and reorganization of governmental entities. Information includes history, functional information, geographical boundaries, organizational files and related records.

This series contains 35 mm negative images of properties in the city. The images were apparently taken in 1984 by staff from the State Historic Preservation Office as part of an effort to document the historic buildings in the community. The images were part of a reconnaissance level survey (RLS) that resulted in the town being listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Negatives taken as part of such surveys were typically kept in the files of the State Historic Preservation Office, but for some reason this set of negatives ended up with Spring City.
