These large books contain the names of all persons owning property in the City cemetery. The information contained in these books includes deed number, date issued, name of owner, description of property, amount paid, receipt number, perpetual care record, date issued, and certificate number.

This series contains a book used to record each deed issued for plots in the cemetery. The book records deeds as early as 1863, but information for the earlier deeds was compiled in this book decades later, based on other records. The book is a post binder containing pre-printed forms. The forms provided space for recording such information as the deed number, date issued, name of owner, description of property, amount paid, receipt number, perpetual payment information, and remarks.
