Submitting GRAMA requests
Utah's Open Records Portal (ORP) is the central site from which a user can submit a public records (GRAMA) request to a governmental entity.

To access records requests submitted before December 7, 2022, please visit axaemarchives.utah.gov.
Requests and responses made via the Open Records Portal are part of record series 30228 and will be retained for 5 years (to ensure potential appeals and litigation are resolved). Records that are provided to the requester via the Open Records Portal are not part of that record series and are only retained for 60 days.
