Scope and Content
These volumes were used to record individual criminal cases heard by the Manti City Justice of the Peace Court. Recorded information includes the names of the parties involved, the charge, the dates warrants were issued, the defendant's plea, the judgment with amount of fine and/or incarceration, and court costs.
