Abstract

This division was created in 1988 to provide front-line contact with the public, handle mail, data entry, and manage the millions of documents received each year. The agency was abolished in 1995 when it and the Motor Vehicle Division were reorganized and staff and duties split among the Processing and Customer Service Divisions.
