Utah State Tax Commission. Accounting Section

This agency was created as a division in 1949 when the Tax Commission began to semi-formally divide into separate divisions rather than handling all activities as a unit. By 1954, it was a division (ca. 1980 known as Revenue Accounting) within the Department of Administration. By 1992, it was blended with budget and control as a section within the Administration Division.
