This agency was called the State Insurance Fund. They changed their name to Worker's Compensation Fund and on July 1, 1988 became their own Department.
Biography/History Notes
After becomming an independent agency in 1988, the division became a private corporation. Their current records were removed from the archives in 1990. Historic records remain in the archives collection.
