Utah State Tax Commission. Collections Division

Entity: 1452
Entity Type: State Government

Abstract

Created semi-formally in 1949 when the Tax Commission separated into divisions rather than handling most functions as a unit. The division's purpose was to collect delinquent taxes and investigate suspected tax fraud or evasion.
