Department of Workforce Services. State Community Services Office

The Office assists local governments and citizens in the development and maintenance of necessary public infrastructure and services; assists in funding adequate housing, supports economic development activities through grants, loans and direct program financial assistance; and certifies project funding at the local level in conformance with federal, state, and other requirements.
