There are five regional advisory councils which consist of 12 to 15 members each from the wildlife region whose boundaries are established for administrative purposes by the Division of Wildlife Resources. The members include individuals who represent the following groups and interests: agriculture; sportsmen; nonconsumptive wildlife; locally elected public officials; federal land agencies; and the public at large.
