Abstract
The Board is comprised of fve members appointed by the governor from among the licensed motor vehicle manufacturers, distributors, factory branch and distributor branch representatives, dealers, dismantlers, transporters, remanufacturers, and body shops. Its duties are to assist and advise the Motor Vehicle Enforcement Administrator in the administration and enforcement of the law.
