Abstract
The Division strives to ensure that the public has the opportunity to engage in real estate transactions with proper real estate licenses. It licenses real estate brokers, sales agents, and property management companies. It also registers and certifies real estate appraisers and registers offering of subdivided lands, timeshares, and camp resort memberships.
