X-ray files (GRS-2356)

Description

These records are used by the prison physicians for diagnosis of the medical condition of the residents and for preventitve healthcare. The files contain the x-ray films, date and x-ray file number.

Retention and Disposition

Retain for 10 years after separation, and then destroy records.
