Inmate classification review files (GRS-2369)

Description

Documents the classification assigned to an inmate. The inmate is evaluated and assigned a classification based upon behavior, attitude, personality, etc. Includes the name of the inmate, inmate number, age of the inmate and the classification assigned to the inmate. The classification assigned to an inmate is also retained in the inmate's jacket or file.

Retention and Disposition

Retain for 2 years, and then destroy records.
