Orientation class files (GRS-2386)

Description

These files document the orientation classes held by the Uinta Facility. While at this facility inmates are evaluated and then assigned a classification and housing location. The file includes the inmates' name, class rolls, classes which were held and notes.

Retention and Disposition

Retain for 2 years, and then destroy records.
