Abstract
The Department was created in 2021 to combine three departments together: The Department of Administrative Services (DAS), the Department of Human Resource Management (DHRM), and the Department of Technology Services (DTS). The divisions within DAS would stay as divisions within the Department, and DHRM and DTS would become new divisions within Government Operations.
