1876-1883. This series contains books used to record criminal and civil cases heard by the Fillmore Precinct justice court. They include the names of the parties involved, the action taken, the names of the attorneys, the name of the justice of the peace, the type of papers filed, and the judgments rendered. The docket dating from 1876 to 1883 includes record of about ten marriages as well.
