Scope and Content
This series contains agenda packets and meeting materials compiled for the Taylorsville Planning Commission. Packets and materials were distributed to Commission members prior to official meetings and were used to supplement agendas and facilitate discussion of Commission business. Examples of the types of materials included in these packets include minutes from previous meetings, ordinances and resolutions relevant to topics to be discussed at the meeting, building plans, correspondence, staff reports from city departments that are relevant to planning commission business, and more. Often included as well are sign-in sheets for meeting attendees, including general public observers and citizens with business on the agenda. The packets occasionally also include draft minutes or transcripts of the meeting that occurred, presumably added by the recorder shortly after the meeting itself.

Custody History
Records in this series were transferred to the State Archives by Taylorsville City in January 2021. Additional records were transferred in May 2021.
