Each deed (or title of conveyance) includes the names of the purchaser, the dates of the purchase, and a description of the plot. Notes

This series was filmed at two separate times. The first filming in 1992 included Volume B through page 205. The second filming in 1997 included Volume B pages 205 through 247. Bear River City may still be adding documents to this volume.
