Summary of Records
Scope and Content
This series contains records created by the treasurer to document the sale of property for non-payment of property taxes and the redemption, or payment by property owners to regain the property. The records include such information as the name of the person to whom property tax is assessed; description of the delinquent parcel, amount of delinquent taxes, date of sale, to whom sold, date of redemption, and name of person who redeemed the property.
