Utah Administrative Code for 2010
Division of Archives and Records Service

The 2010 edition for the Utah Administrative Code, as compiled and annotated by Lexis-Nexis has arrived and is available in the Research Center. The most current version of rules are maintained online. Past issues, with some gaps, are kept permanently in the Utah State Archives under Series 83623. There is also a Research Guide for Administrative Rules, which explains how these rules with the force of law for executive departments of the Utah State government work now and in the past. Consult this guide to access related records created by the Division of Administrative Rules.
