It’s A Day of SUNSHINE at the Archives
Today is the day!!!
Our sunshine conference has finally arrived!
As you can tell, we are really excited to see all of our attendees both in person and online. For those interested in joining us for our FREE event, we still have space. The more the merrier!
Event time: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Doors open at 8:30 a.m.
In-Person Attendance: There is still space available at the venue. Bring your colleagues or friends, even if they haven’t registered. Join us at the Miller Free Enterprise Center, 9750 S. 300 W. Sandy, UT. We will be in the auditorium (room 101).
- Public transit: Public transit is available to the conference venue. Visit www.rideuta.com for more details and to plan a trip.
- Parking: You are welcome to park for free in any of the surrounding parking lots. There may be signage indicating a lot is for student parking only, but the venue has assured us that the lots are not enforced during our event. (See map)
Online Attendance: http://bit.ly/UTArchivesLive (no login required, the link will take you directly to the live feed)
- Questions: We want to make sure our online attendees are able to interact with our presenters. We have multiple ways to get your questions to our presenters, all of which will be staffed throughout the conference to relay your questions:
- Email us at recordsmanagement@utah.gov.
Send us a Facebook Message at @utahstatearchives
Send a tweet with #ArchivesLive2018
- Email us at recordsmanagement@utah.gov.
Conference materials: We have permission from each presenter to record their presentations and post them on our website along with any handouts. We will post available materials as quickly as possible, usually within 2 weeks of the conference. The best way to keep up on available training materials and events is to subscribe to our blog: ArchivesNews.utah.gov.
We want everyone’s conference experience to be a positive one. If you have any questions during the conference, please contact us at 801-531-3863 or recordsmanagement@utah.gov.
Can’t wait to see you all there!
