Birth certificates are the permanent legal record of all live births in the state filed with the Utah Office of Vital Records and Statistics. They become a public record 100 years from the date of birth.
Certificates from 1905 to 1911 have been indexed, with 1912 to 1918 available to browse online. We are currently indexing 1914 if you’d like to help.
