At the Utah Division of Archives and Records Service, we take transparency very seriously. New Login Help Page Added
We’ve added a new page to the help section for the portal: Login. If you’re having problems logging in to the portal, this page may help. If not, let us know and we’ll work with you to get you logged in!

The Portal now closes requests automatically!
We’ve fixed the “Approve”/”Approve and Close” issue! Now, when you “Approve” a records request on the Open Records Portal, the request is considered completed and is closed automatically. Denying or referring the request will also close the request automatically. (You may always re-open the request if necessary.) Thank you to everyone for your feedback. We hope this change makes it
