Listed here are three retention schedules to be overwritten by the updated Publications general retention schedule. They will be hyperlinked to the new schedule on our website. Please update your records so the updated retention will be followed from this point going forward. Municipal schedule 1-9 titled “Grant Files Original Applications” is permanent. Applications are not permanent, but the final performance report is. An updated version of the retention schedule for publications is going before the State Records Committee in September.
