If the State Records Committee orders a governmental entity to produce a record and no appeal is filed with the district court, the entity must provide the records to the requester and file a notice of compliance with the Committee (63G-2-403(15)(c)). The notice is required to include the following (see Administrative Rule R35-4-2):
- a statement that the records were provided to the requester
- date of delivery
- delivery method
- signature from the chief administrative officer
