How do I find my entity’s CAO?

1. Log in to the Records Officer Hub at https://hub.archives.utah.gov/s/

    2. Select the “View Users” button next to the entity in question.

    3. You’ll see all role assignments, including CAO, associated with contacts for your entity.

    4. If you have permissions to update the CAO role, you may do so by editing an existing role assignment (“Edit User”) or adding a new person (“Add Other User”).
